Choice of ChangeI am blank inside, looking at the world through a veil of darkness. My eyes have lost interest in the shadows that taunt me from around unexplored corners in my mind. My soul pleads to escape the cycle of black, never ending black. It pleads with the moans of those dying around me, the sobs of ones who have lost a love. But tears no longer stain the cheeks of those with nothing left to lose; the ones like me, who's hope has long fled, leaving behind only the shell of a person that used to truly live.

Funeral MarchA picture on a stand facing out, featuring a young boy's smiling face. People all dressed in black, hiding their eyes behind tissues. And here I stand, on the other side of the window, peering in. My heart hurts, but not the same way theirs does, the sky sheds my tears for the young boy, for the people shuffling around the room. That boy might have worn the smile that brightened their day, the one they looked to for happiness and love. But in my mind he is just another face I will never greet, just another soul I will never meet. And so I stand here, staring into the window at the scene that shouldn't be. Funeral March

Glasses!

I just got a pair of AMAZING sunglasses and I love them very very much. Anyways, I am back for now but when school starts up again my time on here will again be cut in half.
*Puts right hand on heart to make a promice*
I swear to try my hardest next semester to get straight A's no matter how bored I am of working or how many of my friends want to hang. I will not dig myself a hole and I will not fail myself.

I had to make that promice to other people as well as myself so I can keep it fully with out cutting corners.

In other news, I am dyeing my hair darker brown. I am slightly obsessed with dark hair and I want it, so I will have it. But I am slightly nervous.... so yeah, thats whats been happening in the life of Nicole.

OH, and I can text now. My dad got me unlimited texting for christmas. YAY. Yeah... but I dont want to get obsessed with it, so I am monotoring myself. (I think I spelled that wrong... FAIL)

My name is Nicole. I love to write and swim. I am very easy to please and get hyper too easily. I cant stay focused on one thing for a very long time but I am not ADD, though I think I might be OCD. I am really active, like a three mile walk is NOTHING for me. I listen to clasic rock, alternative, metal, gothic rock, some screamo, and a bunch of other crap that I come across. I play the piano, the oboe, the clarinet, the flute (kinda), and the drums (kinda). And my cat just bit me and her breath smells like crap. Well thats all Im going to say right now because, as I said before, I cant focus on one thing for a very long time! Bye!

    Draw because you are upset about everything going on. I miss you too, more than you can imagine. Today I accidently ate pork (1, I am alergic to pig, 2, i am a vegetarian) and my reaction is still lasting. I ate it at 12:30. Get better soon.
